Domaine Les Roullets is a boutique bed and breakfast, self-catering cottage and vineyard located in the golden triangle of Provence.
It has breath-taking views of the nearby Luberon mountains and is only a short drive from the picturesque hilltop villages of Gordes, Bonnieux, Ménerbes and Roussillon.

Widely considered one of the most beautiful estates in the area, the extensive landscaped gardens feature lavender, olive trees, and cypresses, pruned to perfection. This attention to detail extends to the interiors, where there is a harmonious blend of antique and modern, east and west. This luxury retreat is the perfect place to relax and pamper yourself.

Domaine Les Roullets has a small vineyard which produces excellent quality organic AOP Luberon red and rosé wines which are available to taste and buy from our cellar door.

A heated swimming pool and hot tub overlooking the vineyard will help you pass the time away blissfully. The 'orangerie', which is located next to the pool, has a dining area and lounge room complete with satellite television and Blu-ray library, Bose bluetooth speaker, board games and books. It also has basic kitchen facilities for rustling up light meals from the glorious local produce available at the daily markets.

The stunning grounds include a vineyard, an orchard, a kitchen garden, a truffle forest and an olive grove from which we produce our own cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. There is a boulodrome for leisurely games of pétanque. Or, if you're feeling a bit more adventurous, we have electric bikes for hire.

In the adults only Bed & Breakfast, there are five en-suite bedrooms, all suitable for two people. They are luxuriously and stylishly furnished and have a terrace or balcony and sitting area. 

There is also a two-bedroom cottage, Rosiers, for self-catering accommodation for four people. Children are welcome in the cottage but as the second bedroom is accessed via the garden it may not be suitable for young children.

All B&B rooms are equipped with:

• King size box-spring double beds (which can also be made into twin beds on request)

• Bathroom with walk-in shower

• Luxury Frette linen and dressing gowns

• L'Occitane en Provence toiletries and slippers

• Domaine Les Roullets scented candle and diffuser

All of the bedrooms are equally luxurious and therefore equally priced.

The cottage sleeps four people in two double or twin bedrooms

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the balance payable on departure

• The B&B is not suitable for children under the age of 16 (unless all rooms are booked by the same party) but they are welcome at the cottage

An extensive and daily-changing breakfast buffet is served between 9 and 10am, including fresh bread and pastries, fruit and vegetables from our orchard and kitchen garden and home-made jams and yogurt. Breakfast is served at individual tables on the terrace overlooking the pool and ornamental gardens.

Cheese and charcuterie plates can be ordered throughout the day, and we hold weekly barbecues in summer. We can also arrange for a Michelin-starred chef to prepare and serve gourmet meals for special occasions.

We provide guests with an extensive list of recommended local eateries from rustic tables d’hôtes to two Michelin starred fine dining restaurants and are only too happy to make reservations.

Finally, if you would prefer to stay on the estate and enjoy a romantic dinner among the vines or watching the sunset over the Luberon valley, there is a summer kitchen in the orangerie in which you can prepare a light meal from produce gleaned from the local markets and our kitchen garden.

Domaine Les Roullets produces AOC Luberon rosé and red wine. The small organic vineyard has 30-year-old syrah vines which form the basis of the red wine, while grenache noir and carignan are predominantly used for the rosé. Christian Ruffinatto, a renowned local winemaker and the mayor of the neighbouring village of Ménerbes, produces the wine for Les Roullets using traditional, small-scale practices.

The price to hire the venue exclusively for a wedding for three nights (minimum booking) is as follows:

GENERAL INFORMATION

We offer venue hire only. We can recommend local wedding planners who are familiar with the space that can help you arrange the marquee, caterer, DJ, florist, photographer etc. 

There is no reception hall so everything would take place in our gardens. We would therefore recommend that you hire a marquee.

The maximum number of guests is 100.

As Les Roullets is in a quiet rural area, music must be kept to a reasonable level and and turned off outside at midnight (you can play music on our domestic speakers in the orangerie or caveau until 2am).

We ask that you order half a bottle of Les Roullets' organic rosé or red wine per guest.

BY CAR

Les Roullets is approximately 15 minutes' drive from the A7 motorway (Autoroute du Soleil). On the A7, take exit no. 25 (marked Cavaillon) in the direction of Cavaillon. Continue in the direction of Apt (D2). After Cavaillon, you drive straight on through Les Taillades and Robion (follow the signs marked Apt). Just past Robion, continue straight ahead at the roundabout and then take the first turning to the right towards Maubec / Oppède-le-Vieux (D29).  Follow this road (Route de Menerbes) for about 5 km towards Maubec, and continue straight on through the roundabout past Oppède, in the direction of Ménerbes (D188). Immediately after the 'Le Four Neuf' intersection, the road (Route du Four Neuf) rises a bit and turns sharply to the right. You will then see Domaine Les Roullets on the right side of the road. Take the first right (chemin de Fontdrèche), and after about 200m turn right at the washing place. In approximately 100m you will arrive at the driveway for Les Roullets.

N.B: some satellite navigation systems don’t recognise our road. If this is the case, enter chemin de Bouisserettes, which is the continuation of chemin de Fontdrèche. Fontdrèche is sometimes also spelled as follows:
Fondreche/Fond-dreche/Font-dreche/Fontaine Dreche.

Avignon airport + Avignon TGV train station

Les Roullets is approximately 30 minutes' drive from Avignon airport and 45 minutes from Avignon TGV train station.
Coming from Avignon, take the provincial motorway and continue in the direction of Apt. A few kilometres before reaching Coustellet, turn right in the direction of Robion. At the end of this road at the traffic lights in Robion, turn left and continue on until you exit to the right in the direction of Maubec / Oppède-le-vieux. From here, you can follow the route description given above.

Marseille Provence Airport (Marignane)

Les Roullets is approximately one hour's drive from Marseille airport. Coming from the airport, follow the motorway towards Salon-de-Provence / Lyon until the Cavaillon exit (no. 25), from where you can follow the route description given above.
